WHAT TYPE OF DESIGN WORK DO YOU DO?
I provide interior design services for commercial and residential clients. I have over 7 years of experience in the design industry managing projects ranging from small apartments to large-scale restaurants and hotels. I am available to work on the following types of projects:
     - Hospitality Design, including Restaurants, Bars, and Hotels
     - Model Apartments, Lobbies, and Lounge Areas
     - Salons, Boutiques, Offices, and Studios
     - Residential Interior Design and Remodeling

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
The design process can be roughly divided into 2 phases. I work with you from the start of the project through to completion.

Phase 1 - Design Development
This is where we come up with a design concept for your space, develop a preliminary budget, and start to fill in the details. I will put together an initial design presentation, and work with you to develop it further. My services include:
- Creating an Overall Design Concept
- Space Planning and Furniture Layouts
- Drafting Floor Plans, Lighting Plans, and Elevations
- Selections for Finish Materials, Furniture, Lighting,
and Accessories
- Recommendations for Artwork and Placement
- Custom Cabinetry Design

For an additional fee, I can also assist with Exterior Storefront Design, Signage and Graphic Design, and 3D Renderings.

Phase 2 - Design Execution
Once the design plan is complete, it's time to make your project come to life. During this phase I can assist you with the following tasks:
- Purchasing and Tracking Orders
- Creating Detailed Construction Drawings
- Working with Vendors to Finalize Details on             Custom Orders
- Meeting On-Site with Contractors and Other       Specialists

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Good design shouldn't be rushed. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time of deposit to receive an initial design presentation. From there, it can take several more weeks to develop and finalize your plan. The pace depends, in part, on your deadline and decision-making speed. If you have a specific date in mind, I can work with you to create a design plan that can be executed on time.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Every project is different, and the total costs will depend on the size of your project and the scope of work. Please contact me with more details about your project, and I can prepare a proposal with estimated costs.
